Children’s Church

Children's Church

Saturdays, 5:30pm. Sundays, 8:30 & 11:00am                                                                                                                                                                                               Parents, your kids will go down to children’s church halfway during the worship hour. You can pick them up after the service, downstairs by the drinking fountains. You will be able to see them in the quad rooms through the windows in the wall. The room number is #125

Kids ages 4 through 4th Grade are welcome

Simply put, it is a church service tailored for kids. Instead of hearing a sermon; the kids participate in Bible lessons, play games, create crafts, and do all sorts of hands-on activities.  They get to see a puppet production on the first weekend of every month too.
We use a curriculum put out by David C. Cook called Noah’s Park. It is a year long children’s church curriculum that will go until September 2011. For more information about Noah’s Park or to download a sample lesson, click here.

[What will my kids learn?]

[Worship]

Different people express worship to God in different ways. Music is just one of the ways to worship God. Teachers also encourage kids to worship God by following His commands and making wise choices.

[Prayer]

Communicating with God in prayer is one of the most important parts of being a Christian. In Children’s Church, teachers model how to pray and actively pray with the kids

[Learning]

Learning is a key part of Children’s Church; we desire for kids to learn God’s truth from the Bible and apply it to their everyday lives

Parents, it is our desire to partner with you as you raise your children. Here are a few helpful links and documents for you to browse:
