Don’t you agree that Junior Higher’s rock?
We love Junior High Youth Group because we get to use our energy as we play games in the gym. We hang out with our friends. We learn about how God loves us because we are so unique. We go to cool places like winter camp, a corn maze, and camping. We are in 7th + 8th grade.
We are Junior High.
We Meet @
We meet on the campus of Bloomingdale Church. Basically, we do must of our hanging out in the coffeehouse, yellow quad room, and gym…you can get there by going to the back parking lot and looking for the large “264″ sign.

Offsite Activities
Anytime we leave the church property students must have parental permission.

If your teen is attending an overnight trip,”we require a signed “Student/Parent Contract.” (We prefer that this contract is signed at the beginning of each school year.)

Please turn in your completed permission form to Jen’s [JH] or Daniel/Matt’s [HS] mailbox next to their office. If the activity costs money, please place the money in a sealed envelope with a “Trip Tix.” (Checks are payable to: “Boomingdale Church Youth Group.”

Hi there,
My name is Linda Orta. I am trying to get some general information regarding your church. I am most interested in getting information on what’s available for my 11 year old daughter. She is getting ready to enter 6th grade (Junior High) this Fall and I would love for her to learn more about Jesus. Please share with me what programs would be available for her age group and let me know if anything is offered on Saturday late afternoon or any other day. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We have a weekly Jr. High youth group for 7th and 8th grade students (Thursdays at 7pm, Sundays at 9:45am) and a weekly PAK group (like a pre-youth group) for 5th and 6th grade students. The PAK group meets during Awana on Wednesday night and also on Sunday mornings at 9:45. In addition to weekly gatherings, both groups have trips and other fun outings. It sounds like your daughter is at the right age for the PAK group this year. If so, we’d love to see her Wednesdays or Sundays when school starts! Jr. High youth group meets every Thursday at 7pm. It is for 7th and 8th grade students. We would love to have your son or daughter join us! Just have them come to the Bloomingdale Church gym area (264 Glen Ellyn Road) at 7pm and they’ll fit right in. We finish at 8:30pm.
