“It’s a welcoming community church, a place to investigate the Bible and discover its practical applications to our everyday lives. The church is good place to find hope, encouragement, friends and worship God together. It is comprised of people from many church backgrounds, as well as those who have had little or no church experiences at all.”
“Of course you are! The community of
people at Bloomingdale Church strives to make everyone welcome and be a caring faith community that offers practical guidance from the Bible for our everyday lives. I hope to meet you soon.”
“Under the guidance of our music pastor, one of our four worship teams direct the congregation in a blend of traditional worship elements in combination with the more contemporary forms of worship. Each week we sing favorite hymns of the faith in tandem with the newer worship songs. (If you would like to hear a sample from the worship team,
please go to the worship team page.) We affirm our faith through prayers, Scripture and historic creeds like the Apostles’ Creed. We incorporate media and drama that connects well with the younger generation. Every weekend worship includes a Bible-based message presented by one of our pastors. Our
weekend worship is Saturdays 5:30 to 6:30 PM, Sundays 8:30-9:30 AM, and Sundays 11 AM-12 PM”

#1 We encourage you to introduce yourself to one of the pastors or hosts in the lobby and/or go to the guest welcome table in the main lobby after one of the weekend worship hours.

Our logo symbolizes the church as people who form a community seeking to honor Christ. The original logo was created by members of our congregation and a large wood art version of it hangs on the front of the church facility at 264 Glen Ellyn Road.
There is one God, who is perfect, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ is true God and true man. He died upon the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for our sin.
Man was originally created in the image and likeness of God, but fell through disobedience, incurring physical and spiritual death. All men are born with a sinful nature, are separated from God, and can be saved only through the atoning work of Jesus Christ.
Salvation has been provided through Jesus Christ for all men; and those who repent and believe in Him are born again.
